Stack Consci — a conscious stack

Building with intention. Learning in public. Documenting the work in real time.

I'm Rahul Shukla — AI product builder and Chicago Booth MBA student. This site is an evolving record of what I build and what I learn: projects, coursework, competitions, and the thinking connecting all of it. Not a finished portfolio. A work in progress, updated as I go.

Selected Projects

Serious builds, documented with context and tradeoffs.

Each case study focuses on the operating reality behind the work: the problem, the constraints, the system design, and what changed in how I think.

Why I care about building evidence-grounded AI systems

Grounding is not just a technical pattern. It is a stance on how AI should behave when people need to trust what it says.

Current Focus

What Booth is sharpening for me right now.

Chicago Booth is giving me a stronger operating language for ambiguity, incentives, markets, and decision-making. I’m using that in parallel with hands-on AI product work.

Building consciously — not just because it is possible, but because it can change something real in people's lives.

Translating Booth frameworks into product choices that survive real-world ambiguity and pressure.

Building evidence-grounded AI systems where trust is earned through architecture, not promised through UI.

Exploring how healthcare, finance, and information systems create practical wedges for responsible AI products.

Contact

Open to conversations where product, AI, and strategy have to meet reality.

I’m especially interested in thoughtful conversations around evidence-grounded AI, healthcare and finance workflows, operator-centric products, and ambitious teams.

If you're building something serious or want to compare notes on Booth, agentic systems, or product judgment, I'd love to hear from you.
